I tried writing this post last night, to be more specific this morning….I fell asleep with my laptop. This last saturday we hosted the “Scratches & Abrasions” show by Alex Pardee. This is the first show that I personally have been involved with.
24 hours before the show crunch time began. Alex still had a painting on the wall to complete. Nothing was hung, the store needed to be completely packed up and cleaned,and my dumbass went out a little too hard the night before.
Needless to say that I had to put that behind and grind. Friday evening was spent packing, while Alex zoned out and worked on his painting. Around 3 am we placed the stickers for the show and called it a night.
Next morning, powered by caffeine and the amount of work still left we began to clean, around 3pm Alex finished his painting and we began to hang the paintings. One hour til doors open hit up the shower then off to the party.
I would personally like to thank everyone who came out to this event ! Stay tuned, Suru has MANY exciting things planned.
